COVID-19: 3sHealth service delivery update

3sHealth is adjusting its processes as a result of provincial efforts to minimize and contain the spread of COVID-19.

Taking precautions and still serving you:

To ensure staff and visitor safety, benefit plan members need to make an appointment to receive onsite service.

Benefit plan members can call 1.866.278.2301 to talk to a Benefit Services Officer. If you need to get help from someone in person, you can make an appointment over the phone. You will get appointment details from the Benefit Services Officer.

Non-benefits related appointments are not available at this time. For all general inquiries, please phone 306.347.5500.

3sHealth has minimal staff onsite in accordance with public health orders, is cleaning frequently-touched surfaces regularly, and has installed plastic barriers where required.

Ensuring a safe visit for benefits appointments:

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and follow all public health guidelines.
  • Please don’t arrive for your appointment earlier than five minutes before it starts.
  • Please wear a mask.
  • You can bring one support person.
