Processes changed to protect employees from email fraud

Recently, 3sHealth Payroll Services has received several fraudulent emails requesting the department change some employees’ direct-deposit banking information.

The fraudsters impersonate employees to try to reroute wages. The emails will, at first, appear to be legitimate. Upon closer inspection, however, the emails are actually from someone outside of the organization.

To prevent a payroll breach, 3sHealth Payroll Services will no longer accept banking information requests over email.

To change your banking information, login to Gateway Online or bring in the new banking information along with photo ID to 3sHealth Payroll Services.
