Your employee benefits team is here to answer your questions and help you navigate the complex world of benefits. So far this year, we’ve helped 23,890 customers over the phone or chat, responded to 16,709 emails, and updated customer information 24,604 times. We've fielded questions like:

Is massage therapy covered under my plan?

The answer is yes. The benefit for massage therapy is $400 per calendar year. The reasonable and customary amount for massage therapy is $85 for a one-hour session, and the massage must be done by a registered massage therapist. There is no deductible, and a note from your doctor is not required to receive payment.
