Lean Initiatives

3sHealth's implementation of Lean supports the Saskatchewan Health Care System, which  puts the needs and values of patients and families at the forefront and uses proven methods for continuous improvement.  3sHealth carries out Lean activities that improve internal processes and works in partnership with the Regional Health Authorities, the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, the Ministry of Health and other organizations to implement Lean throughout the health care system.
