Andrew has served in executive leadership positions for health regions in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. His most recent roles were with Alberta Health Services where he served as Executive Vice President, Clinical Support Services, and most recently, Executive Vice President and Executive Lead, Transition. Andrew's experience includes serving as the CEO of three health regions in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Mark Anderson, Vice President, Business DevelopmentAs 3sHealth develops and implements opportunities for shared administrative and clinical support services in support of the Saskatchewan health regions, the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA) and affiliate organizations, it is important to ensure strong leadership. This portfolio ensures the expertise required to build the business case for change and lead the implementation of approved initiatives is in place.
The Business Development portfolio is responsible for the provincial linen service, provincial contracting, and business case development.
Mark Anderson played an important role with the Shared Services Office team that was responsible for creating 3sHealth. Previously, Mark worked at the Crown Investment’s Corporation in a strategic, performance management, and financial analysis role. Mark has an MBA from the University of Regina.
Kendell Arndt, Vice President, Strategic Information and Corporate ServicesInformation systems are a critical enabler for the development of effective shared services and they are an essential component of administrative and clinical support services within the health regions and the SCA. There is a significant opportunity for 3sHealth to play a strategic leadership role in the development of these systems. The Strategic Information Systems portfolio oversees payroll, staff scheduling, and Gateway Online services for the health care system.
Kendell Arndt, formerly with Kelsey Trail Health Region, brings considerable experience in leading information system development and has earned a reputation for his strategic approach to implementing information systems. Kendell’s leadership will be important as we develop strategic partnerships with the health regions and the SCA to strengthen existing, and implement new, information systems.
Kendell earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan majoring in health care administration and finance and received his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 2004. He has worked in health care for almost 20 years.
Jackie Hubick, Vice President, People and CultureThe 3sHealth People and Culture team is a diverse, strategic, and integrated team committed to service excellence, integrity, focusing on the greater good, and challenging the status quo. Members are represented by our Kaizen Promotion Office that provides leadership and support to develop our Saskatchewan Health Care Management System, as well as our Human Resources department that provides leadership and support with our leaders/managers related to our people practices.
Jackie Hubick is passionate about people. She brings her many years of healthcare experience to 3sHealth. Jackie began her career as a recreation therapist and then shifted her focus to human resources. She has provided leadership within a number of settings including community, long-term care, acute care, and the Ministry of Health. As 3sHealth's Vice President, Jackie provides leadership supporting transformational change to the Saskatchewan healthcare system in order to enhance the patient experience.
Jackie is a lean leader who also has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health and a Masters in Human Resource Development.
Keith Phelps, Vice President, Change Leadership and PerformanceAs Vice President, Change Leadership and Performance for 3sHealth, Keith Phelps is working to support existing service lines, as well as new initiatives. Overseeing project management, change management and performance measurement, his portfolio provides the support needed to plan, implement, and sustain transformative change as 3sHealth’s role in the Saskatchewan healthcare system continues to evolve.
Keith brings extensive leadership experience in highly changing environments as well as experience in the design and implementation of shared services to the public sector.
Born, raised, and educated in Saskatchewan, Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. When he is not at work he is at the hockey rink coaching his two sons in the small community where he resides.
Leanne Ashdown, Executive Director, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk ManagementInternal Audit enhances and protects organizational value by providing assurance, advice, and insight. Enterprise Risk Management provides a platform for identifying and managing risks to help achieve organizational objectives.
Leanne Ashdown, the Executive Director of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, brings knowledge from extensive internal auditing experience in a variety of organizations and industries to this portfolio. She reports administratively to the CEO, and functionally to the 3sHealth Board of Directors. In addition to providing management and the Board assurance on 3sHealth operations and reporting, Leanne provides support and facilitation to the corporate Enterprise Risk Management program.
Leanne was born, raised, and educated in Saskatchewan. She holds several professional certifications including Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CMA) and Certified Internal Auditor.
