Once you've logged into Gateway Online, navigate to
Once you've logged into Gateway Online, navigate to "myPAY" on the right-hand side of the screen and then click on your 2021 T4 to download it.

Health system employees can now access their 2021 T4 statement in Gateway Online.

If you are an employee of the former Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, you can access your T4 here.

You can find your statement in either the “My Self-Serve” or “My Pay” areas of the site.

The T4s were posted on Feb. 11, 2022.

To access a paper copy of your T4, you can print one in Gateway Online or log a case on MyConnection if you need assistance. Knowledge document KB0011541 is available on how to access your T4.

To print, open up your T4 in Gateway Online and simply print the file through your browser. You may also download the PDF for your records or if you are filing electronically.

Any health system employees who require a T4A will receive one in the mail.

How will the forthcoming Administrative Information Management System affect T4s?

Once the Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) is implemented, health-care system employees will retrieve their T4s by logging in to MyConnection.

Please note that AIMS will include T4s from 2022 and onward. Employees needing to access T4s from previous years can request these documents through MyConnection.

Helpful tip: You are encouraged to download and save copies of your previous T4s from Gateway Online, as MyConnection will replace Gateway Online after AIMS is implemented.

MyConnection is an online staff services inquiry centre which provides a central hub of information for employees and managers. The AIMS project is an integrated business information system that will better manage finance, human resources, and supply chain management processes across the province.
