Burnout – recognize it and prevent it

Burnout in the workplace has been more prevalent during the uncertain and stressful pandemic times. 

The Workplace Strategies for Mental Health article on the topic identifies burnout as “characterized by emotional exhaustion, cynicism and ineffectiveness in the workplace, and by chronic negative responses to stressful workplace conditions.”
