Resources for employees

Workplace Strategies for Mental Health contains an entire section with resources dedicated to supporting the well-being of employees and their families. 

Examples of resources and tools on this page cover topics such as working parents, working from home, and healthy break activities.

The activities on the healthy break activities page are categorized into calming, energizing, and relaxing. Make sure to take a look at the many suggestions under the break category that most interests you.

Your benefits coverage can help you take a break

Another fantastic resource for plan members to help reduce stress and feel better physically is massage therapy. The Extended Health Care Plan provides plan members and their eligible dependents with up to $500 of coverage per person per calendar year.
