The Support Services Manager is responsible for a team providing support services to the Employee Benefits team and is directly accountable for meeting the established service standards and fulfilling the requirements of the administrative services agreement between the Board of Trustees and 3sHealth.

Benefit Services Manager, Employee Benefits

3sHealth is seeking a collaborative and innovative leader with hands-on experience in benefit programs and administration services. The Benefit Services Manager is responsible for a team providing front-line service to our customers and partners every day. Working with service providers, benefit consultants, actuaries, and legal counsel, the Benefit Services Manager will analyze, research, prepare, and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on all matters relating to the financial management and administration of the Trusts.
