A new version of GroupNet for Plan Members

GroupNet for Plan Members has a new, modern look, and uses a simple navigation pane and icons for easy access to information. The new platform is easier to use, provides greater functionality, and is a building block for increasing the types of claims plan members can submit electronically. In early 2019, plan members will no longer need to send in paper claim forms. All claims may be submitted electronically with a photo.

All plan members must register on the new site. It is a quick and easy process that requires entering your email address, creating a new secure password, confirming your banking information and current mailing address.

Once registered, you’ll be able to submit many of your claims online, sign up for direct deposit, view coverage information, and more. To learn more about GroupNet, please watch this helpful video. Then when you’re ready, click the link to sign-in to GroupNet!
