It was the year that Pokémon Go was released, the hit musical Hamilton won 11 Tony Awards, and the Chicago Cubs took home their first World Series championship in over 100 years. More importantly, 2016 was also the first year that 3sHealth was named one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers. 

Now the organization is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded this distinction for the tenth year in a row.

“We would not be able to spend a decade as a Saskatchewan’s Top Employer without honouring our commitment to continuously improve both our work processes and our workplace,” said Mark Anderson, 3sHealth CEO. “I could not be prouder of 3sHealth for maintaining the level of quality and professionalism that has enabled us to receive this recognition year after year.”

The Saskatchewan’s Top Employers awards are presented to organizations that offer the highest-quality workplaces in the province. Businesses are evaluated by a panel of judges that evaluate their performance in areas like benefits and amenities provided to workers, performance management, work atmosphere, community involvement, and more. Any business can apply, provided their head office or principal place of business is somewhere in Saskatchewan.

Over 350 Saskatchewan businesses applied for this year’s awards. 

3sHealth has also retained its position on The Career Directory for Recent Graduates for 2026. This tool helps recent university or college graduates apply for jobs with top employers that are pertinent their education. Not all Top Employers award winners are included in the directory.
