New Canada Life mobile app simplifies claims process

The process of submitting claims will be improved for benefit plan members, thanks to a redesigned My Canada Life at Work mobile app.

The new version of the Canada Life app has been released, featuring a new look that is similar to the desktop computer version of the My Canada Life at Work website.

New features to make plan member life easier

The app offers you the ability to view plan information through the app, set up a fingerprint or face log-in to avoid entering a password, and other upgraded features to improve your experience.

One significant change is the streamlining of the group benefits claims process, getting reimbursements paid out faster.

Once members have activated the app, the “Make a claim” button will be much more visible and will hover on the bottom of each page to ensure constant accessibility.

The flow of the claims process is also improved, with recently processed claims and your claim history viewable at the touch of a button.

How to set up the new app

To log into the app, make sure you are registered for My Canada Life at Work.

To register, enter the plan number 335663 and your unique benefit identification number (found on your pay direct drug card).
